from the beginning of September to April of each season:
Skating school - Pingviini-luistelukoulu
The main aim of the skating school is to focus on practising basic skills. Various games and activities are used to aid basic training. There are no skill level requirements.
The skating school meets on Wednesdays once a week from 17:00 to 19:00 (on-ice session + gymnastics). You can join at any time during the season.
Figure skating school - Taitoluistelukoulu
This group is suitable for you if you can already skate forwards and backwards. In addition to the basic skills of figure skating, the group practises gliding on one foot in a straight line and in a curve, as well as spins on two or one foot.
The Figure Skating School trains twice a week: on Wednesdays from 5.00 pm to 7.00 pm ( ice + gymnastics) and on Sundays from 4.00 pm to 4.50 pm (ice).

Hobby Group - Harrasteryhmä
The hobby groups are intended for school-age children and young people. In these groups, participants practise elements of figure skating such as edges, spirals, spins and jumps. Skaters can decide for themselves how often they wish to train (1–3 times a week). Training sessions are on Tuesdays 18:00–19:45 (on ice + off-ice), Wednesdays 17:00–19:00 (on ice + off-ice) and Sundays 16:00–16:50 (on ice).
All groups are also welcome to take part in the club’s performances and events!

Adult Skating School - Aikuisryhmä
The adult skating school offers varied training in the different aspects of figure skating, progressing from the very basics of skating to various turns, steps, basic jumps and pirouettes. Everyone can progress at their own pace in a supportive environment.
The aim of the sessions is to develop technical skills (gliding, weight transfer, rotation, turns and pivots), as well as to improve fitness, balance and flexibility.
A key aspect of the sessions is the cheerful and encouraging atmosphere, as well as the experience of learning something new. Registration now!
